Our fabulous
Orlando villa near Disney was only completed in December 2005.
It is built on a huge lot in the delightful, highly sought after
and upmarket community of Crescent Lakes which is only 15 minutes
from Disney.
Our Florida vacation home has 5 bedrooms consisting of 1 King, 2
Queen and 4 twin beds and 3 bathrooms. There is a separate dining
room, a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook overlooking
the pool terrace with patio doors leading out to the huge lanai.
The family room also has doors to the pool terrace and there is
another living room downstairs that has a Queen sleeper sofa for
occasional sleeping when required.
Upstairs there is a large open loft area that has a sofa, TV, a
computer with High Speed Internet, cordless phone, PS2 console and
a bookcase with stacks of books so it is the ideal place to go to
relax and get away from it all.
We have also installed a games room with an 8ft slate bed pool
table, Foosball, Air Hockey and electronic darts.
There are TV's in all bedrooms making 8 TV's in total.
The pool terrace has luxury pool furniture with a large table and
6 cushioned chairs for dining and cushioned recliners for sun
bathing.
The other houses either side are quite far away from ours so it is
nice and private unlike a lot of the homes in the Orlando area.
All of our furnishings and decor have been individually chosen by
us and are of the highest quality in order to give our house that
feeling of luxury.
Our home is one of the largest in the Orlando area. The builder's
model is called "The Longboat Key" and all the rooms and
living areas are very spacious allowing families to spread out
without getting under each others feet.
There is a huge terrace with a very private pool and jacuzzi spa
and a spacious lanai overlooking a lake.
This is a wonderful self catering family villa to rent for your
next vacation holiday in Florida.
