The second en-suite bedroom offers a private bath with shower, queen size bed, 15" LCD Flat Panel TV, two closets, and sliding doors leading out to small private cozy patio of its own.
Third bedroom features a full size bed, 15" LCD flat panel TV and a pull out couch for your extra guests. The kitchen is well equipped and has a lovely eat-in area that has sliding glass doors going out to another private patio.
A one time Transfer fee of $800 for full family golf membership is required.
