 This
5 bed, 4 bath executive villa is situated on a large plot with
landscaped garden, automatic
sprinkler system and tropical palm trees. It is located approximately
15 minutes from Disney and only 5 minutes from shops, supermarkets,
restaurants and superb golf facilities. It is within 1hours drive
of the spectacular Gulf Coast beaches, Busch Gardens and Kennedy
Space Centre on the Atlantic coast.
There are 2,837 square
feet of luxury living accommodation including: two separate
lounges, dining area, lanai and decking. The villa
is fully air conditioned and has the benefit of upgraded furnishings,
cable television and intercom radio system.
 There are five very
spacious bedrooms, two of which are double master suites. There
are two further twin bedded rooms and an
additional double bedded room. The size and layout makes this
property ideal for two families sharing and it will comfortably
accommodate 10 persons. 12 persons could be accommodated by utilising
the bed settee.
The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms, one of which being a cabana
bathroom which provides an ideal changing and shower area upon
entering and exiting the pool area.
The kitchen is fully
equipped with a centre island and includes cooker, microwave,
fridge freezer with ice maker and
a dishwasher. It has all the utensils you would need and the
all important bottle opener.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble
dryer and ironing facilities. The laundry room leads into the garage which for your convenience has been fitted with an automated electric door.
There is a formal
dining area, a dining nook which has direct access to the kitchen
and patio doors lead to the covered
lanai which has a dining table and chairs for those AL Fresco
moments.
 The rear of the property
offers a good degree of privacy and has a southerly aspect
for all day sun. It has a large decking
area with sun loungers and chairs, an oversize swimming pool
and jacuzzi, both have underwater lighting for those relaxing
night time swims and can be heated during the cooler months.
There is a large lanai ( covered area ) offering shade and an
Al Fresco dining area. All of which are protected by a fine mesh
screen which allows full sun penetration but keeps out unwanted
insects. The pool has an automated maintenance and filtration
system and is regularly checked.
The villa also has
access to the large community pool, volley ball court, floodlit
basketball and tennis courts ( basketball
and tennis rackets are provided ) and a children's play area
all within a two minute walk and within sight of the large
feature
lake and water fountain.
A telephone is provided
and local calls are free. There is a security alarm and
in addition all doors leading to the pool area are safety alarmed
for that extra peace
of
mind. The
villa has the services of a management company and it
is fully licensed with the state of Florida. The price includes
all linen and towels.
