2 bathroom villa with private screened swimming pool and spa
available for your vacation rental. Pinewood is located on
the popular CR54 corridor in Kissimmee. Disney World can be
reached in about 15 minutes and all the other major attractions
are nearby. Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets,
petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for
a variety of tastes and price brackets can be reached in under
10 minutes. There is a Publix supermarket less than 5 minutes
drive from your villa and this is adjacent to the new Greg
Norman designed Champions Gate golf course.
Orlando International
airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is
about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes.
The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes,
while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on
the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.
Your villa has it's own private swimming pool with underwater lighting which
backs onto woodland for extra privacy. The pool is fully screened and for
an added touch of luxury this villa has it's own spa (Jacuzzi). Pool furniture
is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent
basking in the Florida sunshine. Heating, if required, is an optional extra
at £90 ($140) per week - please request at time of reservation.
 The two storey accommodation
comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully
fitted kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area. There is a
spacious lounge area and there is a large double garage attached.
Amongst the amenities available to you are a washing machine
and tumble drier in the utility room.
The master bedroom
is located on the ground floor and is fitted with a queen size
bed, it's own TV and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The
spacious walk in closet houses a safe and patio doors lead
directly out to the pool area. These doors are alarmed for
the protection of young children. An integrated music system
allows music to be played into every room
On the upper floor
you will find three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and both the third
and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds.
This means that the
villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. Each bedroom has
built in closets.
Your luxury pool
home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As
you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully
air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable
network is provided in the lounge along with a VCR and HiFi
system. A cot and high chair can be made available if required.
 The kitchen is fitted
out with all the equipment you would expect to need during
your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob,
a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher,
waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery,
crockery, utensils and house wares. The villa has a telephone
system. Local calls are free, long distance and international
calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available
throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity,
linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally
required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing
board, hairdryer etc.
