Help with making a booking
The booking process is
easy. We use a shopping cart to process both bookings and enquiries,
though you can also use the basic enquiry form in the CLICK
HERE TO CONTACT US ABOUT THIS HOME
link in any villa web
page.
The advantage of using
the cart to enquire or book is that it automatically works out the
correct price for the dates you have specified. When just making an
enquiry, you don't need to give your credit card details.
To enquire or book using
the shopping cart, just find the villa you are interested in, fill in
the details in the Enquire or
Book Online area:
Booking Type -
select Booking or Enquiry
Arrival Date - Select the day, month and Year of arrival
Departure Date - Select the day, month and Year of departure
(i.e. the day you leave, not the last night you stay)
Tick if you require pool
heat. This is useful from late autumn to early spring but please bear
in mind that pool heaters can only raise water temperature by around
10 degrees so in particularly cold weather they will only warm the
water relatively.
We have listed the full
process below for completeness, though in practice it is very straigh-forward
and intuitive - you shouldn't need to refer to it whilst making your
booking.
In the cart you can
enter any special instructions or requests in the box provided, then
click on any of the following buttons:

Recalculate is
useful if you have added several dates to the shopping cart to check
out prices. If you change the quantities of the bookings you don't
want to 0 (zero) and press the recalculate button, the cart will show
just the booking(s) you want.
Continue Booking
takes you to the 2nd shopping cart screen to complete your booking or
enquiry:
Back to website
just takes you back to the Alpha Florida Vacations home page.
Takes down your normal
contact details, and also asks:
details of the numbers
of adults and children in your party and that you have read and
accept our terms and conditions, and whether you want
your details storing on your computer for future use (this feature
stores a cookie on your computer that is used solely to complete your
shopping cart details if you make a booking in future with us - it is
not used or intended for any marketing purpose).
The 
button then takes you to a the 3rd screen.
This is
a confirmation screen for you to check you have entered your details
correctly
It also
asks you to select one of four 'Payment Options' before clicking the Continue
button
Select
Credit Card, or Check and you will
be directed to a secure server to collect your card or check details.
Once you have entered your payment details, you will get a thank you
for your order message with a reference number and an email
confirmation of your booking.
If you
are just making an enquiry, select Enquiry and you will get a
thank you for your order message with a reference number and an email
confirmation of your booking.
Note that until
you receive the confirmation screen your booking or enquiry request
has not been processed.
